Booking conditions and cancellation policy

Full payment is required in advance for a stay of 3 nights or less and we can accept payment by personal cheque and most credit and debit cards.

For longer stays, we require payment in advance for the first 3 nights. The balance is to be paid at the end of your stay.

Please note that reservations for Cheltenham Gold Cup week in March and certain other festivals in Cheltenham, we will require full payment in advance.

Regrettably, the bed and breakfast and surrounding farm areas are unsuitable for very young children, and so we are unable to take bookings if you intend on bringing children under the age of twelve years old. Children over the age of twelve are most welcome. Sorry!

Cancellation Policy

Occasionally, guests who have booked accommodation cancel at very short notice or simply do not turn up! Therefore, we regret that it is necessary to impose cancellation charges.

Advance payments will be refunded if 14 days notice of cancellation is received.

In the event of cancellation with less than 14 days notice we reserve the right to withhold the advance payment, unless we are successful in re-letting your room.

By making a booking with Whalley Farm Bed & Breakfast and giving your credit or debit card details, you agree to your card being charged subject to the above terms.
